Breakfast with the Arts
Join the Tampa Chapter of the Florida A&M University National Alumni Association invites you to support Breakfast with the Arts, their scholarship fundraising event taking place on May 2, 2026, in Tampa, Florida. This special event celebrates the rich artistic legacy of Florida A&M University while mobilizing our community to invest directly in student success through scholarships. Our goal is to create an inspiring experience that blends creativity, heritage, and meaningful impact.
Green Book Annual Artist Exhibit
Join the Green Book of Tampa Bay as we commemorate Juneteenth through “Blooming in Black,” an art exhibition celebrating the beauty, resilience, and creative brilliance of Black artists in our community. Featuring works by Green Book-listed artists, this exhibition highlights a vibrant spectrum of artistic voices whose contributions shape our present and illuminate the future. Each piece tells a story of identity, heritage, and imagination, and blossoming into new possibilities. In short, we hope to inspire you and your flourishing!
Be sure to join us for the opening reception on May 30 from 6:00 PM–9:00 PM, an evening of art, live performances, and conversation with the artists.
Our mission is to spotlight Black artists, storytellers, and visionaries in Tampa Bay by producing events, exhibitions, and experiences that inspire connection, honor legacy, and increase the economic vitality of the Tampa Bay art community.
We look forward to celebrating with you.
